HOW IT WORKS
We have some instructions for you upon arrival to India to make your journey memorable.
- Please make sure that you have reservation with us before arrival to India.
- You can make reservation by going to our Reservation page.
- Upon successfully completing your online reservation, you will be able to print out your Reservation Invoice at the end of the process.
- 24 Hours prior to your arrival date in India, you will receive a reminder email from us.
Instructions Upon Arrival At Delhi Airport:
- Upon arrival and retrieving your luggage, you will clear the customs area upon which you will be in the arrival level.
- Please continue to exit the arrival level through Gate # 6 (which will be towards your left hand side).
- Upon exiting the arrival level through Gate # 6, our representative will be awaiting your arrival with your name on a visible white board beside Pillar # 14. This is our designated reception area.
Instructions Upon Arrival At Amritsar Airport:
- At Amritsar Airport, upon retrieving your luggage, you will clear the customs area upon which you will be in the arrival area.
- Upon exiting the terminal, you will be greeted by our representative who will be awaiting your arrival with your name on a visible white board.
- Upon meeting with our representative, you will be escorted to your personal vehicle from our fleet which will depart from the airport to your doorstep.
- 48 hours after your arrival in India, you will receive a short feedback request form inquiring in regards to your journey and any feedback/suggestions you may have to help us improve Your Own Service !!
